San Francisco drag legend Juanita MORE! has over two decades of performances and appearances under her couture gowns, she continues to break new ground in style and generosity. Gaining new admirers and ample amounts of admiration every step of the way. Juanita hosts the weekly party Booty Call Wednesdays in the Castro, is a resident DJ at Susanne Bartsch & Kenny Kenny’s Vandam Sunday in NYC, the monthly party BEATPIG in the SF SOMA, DJ & performance guest spots in both Seattle and Los Angeles & throws an annual benefit supporting a different non-profit organization each year at Pride. This highly successful event has raised over $100,000 for local non-profit organizations.

Ex-club-kid turned gay-nightlife-producer, Joshua J, has been bringing San Francisco’s queer club scene to new heights for nearly a decade. Turning out weekly and monthly events since 2004, Joshua J strives to be recognized for his non-stop dedication to making San Francisco’s gay nightlife one of the worlds most exciting and diverse. Working closely with other SF icons such as Heklina and Juanita More, Joshua J blurs the line between underground and mainstream, making his parties irresistible not only for his sub-culture following, but also appealing to celebrity guests such as Jake Shears, Amanda Lepore, Cazwell, Raja Gemini, Ongina, Lady Miss Kier, François Sagat, Kennedy Carter, and most recently, Ke$ha. His events Booty Call, Big Top, Mr., and Stallion attract all types of queers, a combo of muscle boys, twinks, lipstick lezzies, drag royalty, fashionistas, and power daddies. Married to his work, this bachelor’s true love is music and can be heard DJing at any of his events. When not waving his magic nightlife wand, Joshua J can be found sunning in Dolores Park with his 9-year-old black pug Maverick. Besides producing Booty Call Wednesdays with Juanita More! for the last five years, Joshua has also created such parties as Big Top, Stallion Saturdays, Butch Queen, M4M Fridays and Mr. Black SF. Watch out for Joshua's newest nightlife production, Sausage Fest launching as a monthly in December 2012.

I moved to San Francisco in 1998 to go to college and study photography. I met Juanita More! a few years later and was quickly enamoured with her beauty, love, fashion, love of food and captivating personality. Through Juanita I met Joshua J and we became More! brothers. Four years ago I became the photographer at BootyCall Wednesdays and have had a blast each Wednesday working with different artists to create unique and interesting images. I love having the opportunity to photograph all the beautiful people that come into the back room of Qbar. I look forward to continuing this over the coming years.
